A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Kaeli! Your coastal luxury wedding photographer, professional third wheel, timeline planner, and wedding day hype girl.

My favorite thing about photography is finding the beauty in everyday life. The little moments we often overlook, the quiet in-betweens and the kind of memories that become even more beautiful with time.

I was adopted from China when I was one year old and grew up in a loving family that encouraged me to be creative and curious. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a camera in my hand, always drawn to capturing the people, places, and moments that make my every day life meaningful.

I’m completely self-taught, learning photography through years of trial, error, and a genuine love for capturing everything around me. Life gets busy, and photography gives me a way to slow down, freezing my favorite moments in time so I can come back to them for years to come! My approach is simple: keep things natural, make you feel comfortable, and create photographs that don’t just look beautiful — it elicits an emotion your photograph holds.

Family sessions hold a particularly special place in my heart because family means everything to me. I love capturing the connection between each family member and freezing a little piece of a season of life that will never look quite the same again. And when it comes to love? I’m a sucker for it. Give me the happy tears, the nervous excitement, the forehead kisses, the ugly laughs, and all the little in-between moments, I’m there for it all.

Outside of photography, I married my husband, Ben, on September 19, 2026, and this season of life has made me appreciate even more how important photographs truly are. I love spending time with family, our two dogs, and being by the ocean. Whether I’m surfing, swimming, chasing sunsets, or capturing ocean landscapes, the water has always been a huge source of inspiration for me.

One of the biggest and most exciting changes in my life is that beginning August 31, 2026, I’ll be stepping into photography full-time. A dream that’s been in the making for YEARS now. It’s a huge leap and a brand-new chapter for me and I’m incredibly grateful for every couple, family, and client who has trusted me to tell their story along the way — especially my first ever clients who took a leap of faith on me and still continue to use me TODAY, you are my REAL ONES!

I believe the best photographs are the ones that feel honest — the happy tears, the big laughs, the most imperfect moments, the people you love and all the little memories you never want to forget.
